Exhibition Stand Management

When you choose Warrens Display as your exhibition contractor you will have an appointed Account Manager who will oversee every aspect of your project from start to finish. 

The Account Manager will liaise with the exhibition or event organisers on your behalf to arrange all the necessary services. They will complete and submit all required documents and forms, therefore, allowing you to concentrate on the sales and marketing aspects of the event.

This includes the following:

  • Floor plan and full 3D and 2D design
  • Exhibition organiser liaison throughout project
  • Submission of stand plans & visuals to exhibition organisers
  • Completion of all necessary Health and Safety forms
  • Completion of risk assessment and submission to organisers
  • Completion of method statement and submission to organisers
  • Submission of all necessary order forms
  • Arranging all stand monopoly services such as electrics, water/waste & any other stand services required
  • Submission of Public Liability Insurance and Employer Liability Insurance for build up and breakdown.
