The Brief

To begin with you will need to produce a comprehensive and well thought out exhibition stand brief.  The brief will address a wide variety of points including details of the exhibition you are planning to attend, the dates, your allocated stand space and, most importantly, your budget. Once you have your brief you are ready to talk to us.  At Warrens Display we are very flexible; we love to come and meet our clients to take a brief and to ask and answer any questions that arise.  We are happy to travel to see you and we have team of highly experienced account managers based across the country.  Alternatively you are more than welcome to come and see us at our premises in Leeds, London or Nottingham.  In our Leeds office we have a large showroom which is designed to inspire and all our experts are on hand to explain and elaborate.  If time is tight we can always take a brief over the telephone or by email.

Exhibition Stand Design

It’s best if you can give us a little time at this stage – 2 to 3 weeks or even a month is ideal but if you are working to tight deadlines then we will always accommodate where possible.  Our designers will use their extensive experience of exhibition stand design to produce a design to meet your event criteria and budget.  The 3D CAD visuals and graphical rendering techniques that we provide enable you to see how your stand will look and our Account Manager will provide a comprehensive cost breakdown for your reference.

We will then return and present our visuals and cost proposal to you and discuss the intricacies of the design and how we envisage the stand working for you.  We can glean initial feedback from you, and, after you have had time to digest everything, you can come back to us with any final adjustments you require.

If we are fortunate enough to be appointed as your exhibitions stand contractor, as part of our service we also provide detailed technical drawings prior to manufacture for submission to, and approval by, the event organisers and for use by our trained team of installers.

Exhibition Installation

Our extensive knowledge of exhibition stand installations is key to our continued success.  Our full time, trained and uniformed installers have European- and Worldwide experience and have completed exhibition projects in Berlin, Frankfurt, Cologne, Nuremburg, Barcelona, Paris, Cologne, Chicago, Boston, and Florida. Here in the UK we're regular visitors to GMEX (Manchester Central), NEC Birmingham, Earls Court, ExCel, Olympia and BDC London, SECC Glasgow and many more.

Stand Breakdown & Storage

When the last visitor has gone, we'll carefully dismantle and remove your exhibition stand and, if required, safely store it for a future event at our secure, 24 hour facility.  We can also store your stand collateral and give aways.
