Full Time - Admin/PA

Location - Chessington Office, Surrey

The Role

  • To be able to manage one’s own workload, comprising many deadlines and priorities.
  • Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the GM
  • Carrying out background research and presenting findings
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc
  • Arranging travel and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
  • To carry out any other duties as may be reasonably asked of you by the GM or MD

Qualifications

  • IT skills ranging from Microsoft Office, Power point, Word, Excel............

Competencies & Personal Attributes

  • Highly organised with good administrative skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Extremely self-motivated
  • Good sense of humour, sociable, outgoing: a valuable team player
  • Desirable: Exhibition Industry experience

Part Time - Exhibitions Telesales Executive

The Role

Selling Exhibition and Display solution to a variety of clients, you will work from either our London or Leeds office in a telesales capacity. The products you are selling on are strategically crucial to the success of the business and cater to the needs of the niche areas you will be dealing with.

Your role will be to research potential areas of business development and then get stuck in and directly make contact. You will be focused and have the drive to call potential clients and develop new leads.
You should have a good telephone manner, be confident, money motivated and have a drive to succeed.
